Founded in 2007 we have been assisting businesses by helping them develop their own standard operating procedures, and helping them focus on their core area of focus and core competency.  Often we noticed how businesses were not working to their full potential for basic lack of role clarity among its employees, lack of a Standard Operating process and inadequate training at the shop level.  On closer scrutiny we found that in most organizations there was a lack of clarity on what was the acceptable standards of Operations and what was expected from an employee doing a particular job role.  There was a need to define and document the Standard acceptable Operating Processes within an organization and have a Standard Operating Manual.   Post creating the “standard Operations Manual”, was the need to train teams on how to go about doing their tasks.  At Renexus we have helped companies in the Training and Development of their teams and have ensured that team members have role clarity and were adequately trained to perform their jobs within the organization.

Having established itself, a Brand needs to expand its brand presence and Franchising is the most proven way forward. Renexus  offers franchise solutions to existing and new Brands.  We represent both franchisees and franchisors and help them understand the workings of a franchise and guide them on the best suited franchise model for their businesses.
