Our Skill Training Modules include :

  • Restaurant Service Module – A 3 day workshop for new startups as well as existing Restaurant brands aimed at reinforcing and reskilling your team on what it takes to provide legendary service to your customers.   This module covers all activities that a restaurant employee does as part of his job description.  At the end of this programme you will have employees with empathy and a strong understanding of what it takes to ‘WOW” a customer.
  • Concierge Module – This  2 day programme is aimed at equipping all staff who handle a similar portfolio be it a hotel, a travel desk, a corporate office or any task that involves a high level of human interface.  This programme will equip the trainee with all skills required to handle customer queries, manage difficult situations, manage information thereby projecting a positive image of the organization.
  • Order Taking Skills – This half day module prepares stewards, restaurant captains, hostess, managers and chefs on what it takes to take a good order.  This module will teach them the art of understanding and providing the customer with t.he best options from the restaurant menu while increasing ticket value and revenue.  With the evolution of technology order taken is not longer restrained to only a customer ordering one on one at the restaurant.  This module teaches staff skills of taking orders on the phone, via interactive websites, or apps from delivery companies.
  • Complaint Resolution Skills – A complaint handled timely and with empathy will do a lot more to retain your customers and increase customer footfalls through repeat visits and referrals.  This half day module comprises of various role plays and situations to equip and train staff on handling customer complaints.  As part of this module staff also learn complaint escalation mechanism and feedback and resolution mechanisms.
