Now that there is clarity in the processes, the next step is training and implementation of the new process.

Also it removes ambiguity on expectations from each employee by clearly defining what is expected of him/her during the process for various situations. This in turn will help you make your service delivery consistent and increase customer satisfaction levels.

With Managers and Owners busy trying to make the business competitive and profitable, training unfortunately takes a back seat.
