Vinod Manikkath
Vinod is the founder and CEO of Renexus has over 30 years of experience in the field of Hospitality, Food service, Restaurant operations, Food processing, Food retail and Franchising.
He has been part of some of best start up teams of
1. “Pepsico Restaurants India Pvt Ltd” ( now Yum Brands) and was part of the team that launched the first KFCs and Pizza Hut stores in India in 1995.
2. He headed the Indian operations of “Marrybrown Fried Chicken”, a Malaysian fast food chain for India.
3. As Director of Sales and Marketing for Griffith Foods, he has responsible for the launch of “Custom Culinary” the food service brand of Griffith Foods in India in 2008.
4. An Alumini of the Oberoi School of Hotel Management ( now OCLD), he worked with the Oberoi Hotels.
As CEO of Renexus , he has helped set up and launch the food service brand Cuisinary which now a part of the synthite group. He has also helped numerous other businesses franchise their operations and set up process and systems.
Surender Rajkumar
Surender heads our food safety practice. Trained as a Food Technologist, he has worked in various food manufacturing and retail companies in Hygiene audit, Quality Assurance and food safety.
He is certified in HACCP, GMP, GHP, Occupational health and safety compliance, ISO 22000 and FSSC2200. His previous work experience include stints with Equinox Labs, The Curry Cup Food Company, Compass group, Convenio foods and Travel Food Services.
